controlling brain functions

Posted by rjlockhart37 on February 4, 2013, at 12:09:59

so....the other night i had 3 beers, got sedated, layed down...then woke up and starting having some withdrawl after the alcohol leaving the system....the thoughts went crazy, anxiety went through the roof....so i didnt know what to do....i prayed over and over to Jesus ... nothing happened, tried writing him letters and putting them on an alter....nothing happened. So i got in my bed...closed my eyes and started visulazin the nuero nets in my brain.....and started imagining send in messages to the brain to turn on system stablizers....like a computer....seriously i was rushing with anxiety, it was the worst feeling...like too much caffeine but worse....so i kept visulizing the nuero nets in the brain ... told it over and over to activate GABA....its really hard because the brain is like a CPU of the whole body...it isnt a personality to talk to....but still i attempted over and over to get contact with the prefrontal cortex to shut down the electrical firing....and after about 20min...it did calm down, i started controlling the nuerons, like biofeedback....repeatedly sending it messages to shut down the overactive nueron systems....and i have to say with repeated motivation and doing it over again, it worked....but still its not having direct access to release nuerotransmitters....its more visulizing the electrical firing slowing down.

this is crazy but i though id post something that is vary similar to biofeedback, expect its controlling the CPU of the body.

though id share that...

Sounds like it's much less complicated to just not drink.

but i was just trying to say it possible to use biofeedback....just visulzation, and repeated motivation....but i realized if you focus to much on microthings....like this it can over focus the mind and make it get irrtible...over focus

im wierd....i post wierd stuff....this is just me....lol

Occasional beer taste pretty good. When I try to focus on my thoughts too much I get anxious...like feeling like my pulse is too fast and I try to think it down, I get worse. lol

I had to go to ER in like '81 after about a 3 day run on some nasty stuff. Before going I laid down next to my gf in bed about 3 a.m. and she felt the bed moving with my heartbeat. I tried to chill but finally said ER NOW. I was paranoid, would they call the cops? Not rational. It was a saturday night and they were busy so I laid on that bed for an hour waiting for a heart attack. That taught me a lesson...only go two days next time. ;) It doesn't get much scarier than tachycardia. Not long after those days were gone for me. Took about a year. I was old enough and smart enough not to put myself in that position but some things seem fun at the time. A few years later, DX with depression, no sh*t right?

Have you ever tried biofeedback or neurofeedback?

I abused adderall heavily, and you know whats funny just went up to the gas station to get ciggs....this guy that works there lost so much wiegh and looked at his eyes...they where BLOODshot....i mean this guy was chuncky as me....i asked him, are you ok? havin a bad or somethin..? he said no ... this is adderall....lol i knew it before i even asked him...that adderall exhast...washed out look when your drained of energy from it....bad

i never went the ER because i didnt want them to know i was abusing substances....afraid they would call my parents, or doctor or whatever...i always rode the nasty rides of alcohol, adderall, vyvanse...all the way....lol

i've read about it....i don't know it vary well...i like to copy thing and make them my ideas....controlling the brain....i didnt read that up...i just layed there and thought to myself...mmm lets see if i can hack into my CPU up there and change some things...blood pressure....electric activity....pleasure centers....its hard to hack into the brain and change things. Still its possible. But if focus too much over microthinking....it can make you go crazy and irrtitible.

nuerofeedback...no i havent read on that...what is it like controlling the nerve endings or something...

It's biofeedback for the brain. Neurofeedback measures the brain's electrical impulses and feeds them back to you, allowing you to control them. So if your brain is overaroused, you can train it down, and if it's underaroused, you can train it up.

ahhh.....lol that's what i've been trying to achieve lol....im doing some parts of nuerofeedback without knowing it. Also the pleasure centers in the brain...if only i could have access to those....i would be happy..:)
