I've mentioned this weird annoying brain feeling before. I use to have mood waves that could be minutes or seconds apart. I don't know if these new ones are related, but they suck. I'm pretty sure its when I eat or exercise. I'm hypoglycemic, eat protein and snacks. Anothere nice issue to add to my mood problems and ahedonia.

Can you explain further what these feelings feel like? I'm trying to grasp what your talking about. You only get this while eating or exercising?

Low blood sugar? But if just ate bloodsugar should be fine. Almost sounds like SSRI brain zaps. Phillipa

'Mood Waves' might indicate ultradian cycling or the kind of mood changes you see in bipolar patients with mixed episodes. I used to get much the same before I was adequately stabilized.
Have you ever tried two mood stabilizers at the same time?

I have experienced this same phenomenon for many years. For me, this does not represent an ultradian cycle. It occurs only in association with eating. I think it might be due to an imbalance in autonomic function. Do you experience heart palpitations during these times? Do you feel flush? I think the sympathetic system abnormally tries to compensate for the normal activation of the parasympathetic system after eating and during the recovery phase after exercise.
