Can you explain further what these feelings feel like? I'm trying to grasp what your talking about. You only get this while eating or exercising?

Current meds:
10mg. paxil
50mg. nortriptyline
.5mg. clonazepam
Of all the meds I've tried, nortriptyline worked the best but I gained 20lbs or so in 9 months.
