new meds

Now I am down to 750 lithium. synthroid and ambien.
I have switched to taking lithium early in the day rather than bedtime and my mornings have changed--get a few good ones in until later in the day when I manage to go outdoors.

I'm working on a 100 point system. Get up and out of bed - 50 points. Go outside in the afternoon - 50 points. Anything above and beyond is all bonus points.

I have energy-some might call it anger or axiety I am just glad for the signs of life.

The Pdoc gave me some lorazepam for my dentist phobia.
I think it stinks--get a wild angry kickback.

Down to business. There are 4 ideas I have been presented with.

1) daylight lamp - this sounds like a good idea for someone who is a motivated person

2) mirabrex- still looking at this one. basic attraction is the possibility that I might experience a sense of future

3) cymbalta - taken before got me out of the deep dark but don't remember much else

4) vilazodone - i have such a love-hate thing going with serotonin and still haven't finished with the dental work from the last bout of serotonin

Any opinions?

Also, Ambien--I'm getting dangerous in the kitchen being a late-night stoner. Can't stand trazodone. Any other idea?

Thanks for reading

lithium, synthroid + pramipexole?

I have decided to try the pramipexole.

I have now given up on any long-term relief of my depression and I am hoping for just a bit of a reward system in my head. Will stay with the lithium, have acquired a sunlight lamp for the mornings, taking synthroid. When I went to purchase the pramipexole here in nyc the cost was prohibitive so I looked around online and ordered it from a company in ohio that ships from kentucky(still cousins?)for a tenth of the price--go figure.
Until help arrives I am creating excuses to stay in bed. I have made some progress today and decided to stop with the excuses and just stay in bed.

Well that's progress :)

I will be interested to know if pramp is anything like Trivastal.

I am interested in the same.
I had some success w/ trivastal retard a few years back. Limited success accompanied by sledgehammer headaches in the morning.
Headaches aside it gave me a sense there was light at the end of the tunnel. A lie but temporary lies will be fine for a while as long as I believe them.

Did you try trivastal retard?

Yes, I have taken it for weeks at a time, only 1 a day. I kind of liked it. At least it didn't make me feel terrible. Maybe it wasn't quite what I needed? I have got on well with Servier drugs...tianeptine, Trivastal and agomelatine. They are fairly benign.

One of Servier's most useful drugs is indapamide (Natrilix and Natrilix SR). It is particularly effective for sytolic hypertension in people over the age of 55, but is effective for most forms of hypertension. It is more effective for BP than traditional thiazide diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide. It's interesting that indapamide turned out to be better than the 'me too' drug that it first appeared to be.

This is probably not useful information for you.

I was reading about this WWII drug. A composition of cocaine 5mg, methamphetamine 3mg and Oxycodone 5mg. Distributed to the troops. That would be fine.
