Does wellbutrin cause psychosis - works on dopamine
i'm taking Paxil 20 mg atm but it causes mania
so im thinking of switching, any help or comment here from experts is greatly appreciated?

I have not heard that with Wellbutrin, although psychosis could be a side effect of any psycotropic, I suppose, given the variability with peoples responses to meds, so don't quote me on that.
Limits related to doses >450mg/day can contribute to the potential for seizure activity. That is the biggest limitation that is known...it can be activating and may affect someone who is prone to mood swings, I.e. mania effects.

Wellbutrin does cause me to go manic. I just can't take it. I fly into a manic, crazy rage on Wellbutrin.

I spoke with my doctor about Anafranil, but im suffering from manic psychosis, severe mania witouth meds,
is this wise? i might go trough with it?
im first going to try Glycine, wich works on NDMA Receptors modulating them, something that should be safe, so after that, what do you think about anafranil?
