I have not heard that with Wellbutrin, although psychosis could be a side effect of any psycotropic, I suppose, given the variability with peoples responses to meds, so don't quote me on that.
Limits related to doses >450mg/day can contribute to the potential for seizure activity. That is the biggest limitation that is known...it can be activating and may affect someone who is prone to mood swings, I.e. mania effects.
