Sounds like you are overwhelmed. Can you talk to a school counseller about ways to reduce stress? Can you drop a course or take time off work?

I got really depressed in the middle of a math program and knew I needed to reduce the workload.

talk, this happened to me, yet, it's passed, alot of dark period's that come in your life, pass, they last long, or short, sometimes it's a test, to yourself. Because you began to realize what you are going to react, from the past, learn from history. And then change the course of plans, for the future.

I wanted to be a wall-street, work for one of their companies, yet i'm not good in that area. It's just something I picked out, but the around 2004....it just wasnt going to happen.

Buddy, don't expect the best, but don't expect the worst. That's how you take life.

I've always been ready for the worst, and it happeneds, sometimes you have to ready from previous memories that happened and stay, yet the adrenal glands just overreact.

Take care, and don't get down.

I agree.

Of course we don't know whether or not you have a genetic vulnerability for depression. However, one thing for sure is that if you do have such a vulnerability, overwhelming stress can trigger an episode of major depressive disorder (MDD). Right now, you have an opportunity to balance out your workload and reduce your stress level so that drug treatment won't become necessary.

I also agree with Scott. Sounds like a good time to get some help taking stock and talking over what is going on in your life. Meds might be helpful, reducing your course load might help. I think there are a lot of things to examine and finding someone you like to talk to at the counseling center could be really helpful.
Don't just sit with it. Try to be active about examing what is going on so that you can stay ahead of it.
Hope this helps. Hang in there. And keep us posted.
