Merri do you cry for no reason? I do. When I feel that I'm all alone and no one understands me. Love Phillipa

I've been doing more and more research on "things" and something I read about was in an article where the various parts of the brain that affects mood, emotions, etc., are identified as the location of certain symptoms we all are dealing with.

One area of the brain is called the limbic region. When this area is hyperactive, there are increased symptoms of depression including negativity, sadness, hopelessness and an abundance of ANT (automatic negative thoughts).
I could relate to these symptoms when my depression is in full swing.

The information is at a website called amensclinic.com.

Perhaps readaing some of this will help you understand more about what brain areas cause what symptoms and what natural supplements may be helpful.

I just started DLPA, DL-Phenylalanine and it can be useful for these symptoms cause dby limbic hyperactivity.

Hello!

Thats interesting about the limbic region and phenleaneiene (whatsoit.) Anyway, I tried tyrosine (another amino acid very closely related to physiskla-whatsit and it was very good. It felt like cocaine would although I've never tried that. I was much more 'alive'. Perhaps its worth while taking that for abit longer? Or perhaps I could just take it on and off? Thing is, with amino acid supplements, I swear that something will happen with your body, like they'll poop out or something. Amino acids are supposed to be found naturally in food etc, and well, I dunno, about long-term supplementation. What are your thoughts on this? I'd like to hear more, because tyrosine worked great.

Kind regards

Meri

Here's one of the places to get good info on brain function and supplements that can help.

Phenylalanine is related to tyrosine, I just started it to help along with Emsam as suggested by others here for depression.

Too early to tell...SG
