I've been doing more and more research on "things" and something I read about was in an article where the various parts of the brain that affects mood, emotions, etc., are identified as the location of certain symptoms we all are dealing with.

One area of the brain is called the limbic region. When this area is hyperactive, there are increased symptoms of depression including negativity, sadness, hopelessness and an abundance of ANT (automatic negative thoughts).
I could relate to these symptoms when my depression is in full swing.

The information is at a website called amensclinic.com.

Perhaps readaing some of this will help you understand more about what brain areas cause what symptoms and what natural supplements may be helpful.

I just started DLPA, DL-Phenylalanine and it can be useful for these symptoms cause dby limbic hyperactivity.
