Well like always happen to me. Since last tuesday
the fear has returned . I drank in the weekend
wha the heck is happening here . First I thougth I t was the new Nardil helping me .Then fear is
here again.
Only answer , maybe Im gonna develope tolerance
to any med, or maybe Im gonna have very bads days
and some regulars days forever.
My memory sucks, I only sleep 4 hrs a day because of my 2 jobs and I feel sleepy all day.
I was too good to be true.there is a rule for me , if I feel good keep quiet , and dont post anyhting. Im mad

I'm sorry to hear your having such a terrible time.
My guess is that you need a higher dose of Nardil.
Sometimes you need to go up to 90mgs for SA I believe.Have you thought of adding something for sleep?
(Assuming sleep is a problem)I combined Trimipramine low dose Trimipramine to counteract Marplan insomnia no problem.

The dose of Nardil which achieves ~80% MAO inhibition is generally 1mg/kg bodyweight. If you are significantly below this, don't expect Nardil to work. It may, but probably not.
[Sexual] side effects for me have continued to wane over time. The efficacy of the drug has not.
I've personally had fantastic results combining both buprenorphine and Dexedrine with Nardil. The latter can mitigate sex problems, hypotension, and excessive sedation.
Also, the benzodiazepines can cause depression, although alprazolam can have a slight antidepressant effect. Have you discussed this with your doctor? Buprenorphine is great for anxiety and is a robust antidepressant.

Tepi,Here's my opinion. First..it's time to increase the Nardil. Second, yes people with problems like ours unfortunately do have good and bad days..it's just how it is. There is no cure, but the meds help A LOT and make life worth living. It's just a fact we have to accept that there will always be bad days..even "normal" people have bad days. But i do think increasing the Nardil is crucial and will help a lot!

Thank you to all my friends. This past week was
better than the latter. Itīs like a roallercoaster. Anyway on good weeks I still
have social problems , avoiding people and
all that stuff of apathy, but I could live like
this
Combo Nardil - Xanax has been the best in my
life . I know my Nardil dose is still low, I
believe I have reach some kind of improvement never reached before and in some way Im just doing this
to avoid money and side effects problems.I canīt sleep not because I have inmsonia , it
is because I have 2 jobs from 7Am to 4:30PM and
then to 6:00 PM to 11:PM . I come home at 12:AM
and go to bed at 1:00AM . So I sleep only 3 or 4 hours daily =( .buprenorphine and Dexedrine with Nardil? isnīt
that dangerous, i dont know too much about those
meds, never taken them. are those stimulants?
do you think it deserve to leave my combo to
try this?TEPI
