The dose of Nardil which achieves ~80% MAO inhibition is generally 1mg/kg bodyweight. If you are significantly below this, don't expect Nardil to work. It may, but probably not.
[Sexual] side effects for me have continued to wane over time. The efficacy of the drug has not.
I've personally had fantastic results combining both buprenorphine and Dexedrine with Nardil. The latter can mitigate sex problems, hypotension, and excessive sedation.
Also, the benzodiazepines can cause depression, although alprazolam can have a slight antidepressant effect. Have you discussed this with your doctor? Buprenorphine is great for anxiety and is a robust antidepressant.
