Okay I hava a choice I can try EMSAM or nardil my pdoc already said he would prescribe either. I know about the dietary restrictions. Which is better for anxiety as anxiety is my primary diagnosis. And all responses appreciated. Love Phillipa ps I like the idea of a patch and if anxiety is primary and then depression wouldn't the patch be better. No worry about a washout period they don't work anyway. Thanks to all of you

Hey Jan, how come you never wrote me back when I emailed you Tuesday? Nardil probably is better for anxiety but no one knows how emsam will do on that front. With nardil you are on the diet but low dose emsam you are not. So there are your choices.......

Well Nardil is a tried and true. Been around a long time so doctors know the in's and out's of it. Ensam might be the next great AD, who know's. I guess it all depends on how bad your anxiety/depression is. Can you afford to take a wait and see attitude or are you so bad that you need relief like YESTERDAY?
