Okay I hava a choice I can try EMSAM or nardil my pdoc already said he would prescribe either. I know about the dietary restrictions. Which is better for anxiety as anxiety is my primary diagnosis. And all responses appreciated. Love Phillipa ps I like the idea of a patch and if anxiety is primary and then depression wouldn't the patch be better. No worry about a washout period they don't work anyway. Thanks to all of you
