Hi Tepi
Best of luck with Parnate :) Start with 10mg in the morning. Sometimes Parnate causes initial nervousness, you could take an extra clonazepam if this happens.

I experienced severe OI at a low dose -- lost hearing and vision, but never went completely out. If I had fainted I could have hit my head on any number of things.

hi guys , thank you for all your responses.
My parnate is not from overseas is the one
from GlaxoSmith if that is what you mean =)I had a terrible nigth yesterday. I had not
been sleeping well in the last 2 weeks.
Yesterday I went to bed at 12AM and woke up
at 2Am. I couldnīt resist , I needed to sleep
so I went to chek up if I had some seroquel.
I took 12.5mg and I end up sleeping like a
baby. I like seroquel ,is some of the few drugs
that donīt bother me, the only thing I dont like about it is the risk associated with APīs that you all know.I can not say something about PARNATE yet. I took today 20mg.
I have some questions guys.
Should I take it with food or without food?
is it ok to take 10mg at 9 AM and the others at
2 PM. How do you take it , or how do you consider
is the best to take it.Happy San Valentines day to all of you!

Good cause once to have an emergency supply on hand i ordered overseas and it was to me very inferior,so glad u have the correct brand.
As to your question,its an excellent one,unfortunatly hard to answer.First did your doc offer any suggestions??
Second do u have or notice trouble dosing muliptole pills at once,say 2 pills for a 20 mg dose.
Last i would say the best thing to do is read the archives here,remdyfind,and on google groups/depression to get an idea.
Also maybe create a post asking users here if they mind stating how they dose,im curious myself as to how others use it....i.e do they not dose after a certain time PM etc.
Im sorry i cant help cause right now im juggling it all trying to make it work,so im trying as carefully as one could i guess to do it safe,but im trying to find optimal dosage,dosage time,augmetation etc.Unfortunatly my doc isnt much help,i am doing it alone.All i can say otherwise is listen to ur body,thats always the best way.......well good luck im actualy off to my docs at this very second,wish me luck.

Hi there. Once you get to a higher dosage like 60 mg (if you need that much) you might want to split your dose - one in the morning and one no later than 2 pm. I used to take my 80 mg in the morning because I would forget the second dose. But it has a short half life (2 hours), so taking it in two doses is better. Right now just keep taking it in the morning. You should start to feel a result at the 30 mg mark.

I agree,im not a pro-HIGH dose parnate person like chairman maoi who could taking a WHOPPING single 200 mg dose.But anything more than a 30 mg dose single,if and when u can do that,any more should become a second dose at a later time,40 mg and the drug takes on a different direct feel.
Oh and thanks phillipa i emailed u ur chocalates lol,i did get a lot of cybe valentines though haha,hours lifting weights daily and im still waiting for the femal benifits to come along
i might switch to plan b if i dont meet someone soon,which is the opposite,instead of curling weight,i will curl twinkies and cinamon poptarts mmmmmmm yummmy.
