I used to take my 80 mg in the morning because I would forget the second dose. But it has a short half life (2 hours), so taking it in two doses is better. I agree,im not a pro-HIGH dose parnate person like chairman maoi who could taking a WHOPPING single 200 mg dose.But anything more than a 30 mg dose single,if and when u can do that,any more should become a second dose at a later time,40 mg and the drug takes on a different direct feel.
Oh and thanks phillipa i emailed u ur chocalates lol,i did get a lot of cybe valentines though haha,hours lifting weights daily and im still waiting for the femal benifits to come along
i might switch to plan b if i dont meet someone soon,which is the opposite,instead of curling weight,i will curl twinkies and cinamon poptarts mmmmmmm yummmy.
