hey everyone! I currently take 60mgs cymbalta, 30mgs buspar, and 60mgs adderall. My problem is this: I need something to augment the adderall (trying to avoid more adderall) AND a non-benzo option to augment the BuSpar...or can I just ask for an increase in the BuSpar? What are my options in terms of augmentation? I know tricyclics+adderall offer one alternative (been there, done that), but I want something that won't raise blood pressure quite that much or mess with the cymbalta. Does anyone have experience with adding provigil to a stimulant treatment? What about straterra+adderall? As I said, I'm not comfortable asking any doc to go beyond 60mgs adderall unless a)necessary and b)the doc is a specialist, so I'd like to try other options first. Thanks again!

Strattera + adderall is one possibility. Concerta is another, perhaps at same as reducing adderall slightly. Assuming that ADHD is the reason for Adderall, of course.

hi, at one point I was on 150 mg Provigil plus 10 mg Ritalin LA and 100 mg nortriptyline. The Provigil was EXTREMELY effective, more so than any other med, but had so many weird side effects that I had to discontinue. I tried to taper, taking 100 mg Provigil with 20 mg Ritalin LA, and the combination was too intense to handle: hyperfocus, shifting attention became an act of will. I also felt like I was in a stupor. I discontinued the Provigil completely at that point, and found that 20 mg Ritalin did nothing on its own. I went up to 60 mg Ritalin, but the benefits were only apparent at peak plasma times and the up- and down-slopes were awful and came close to getting me fired from work. Now I'm starting Strattera again and am only moderately optimistic about what will happen. But I am very stim-intolerant and I think Provigil can be safely combined with many types of med.

Wellbutrin + Adderall tehy both increase dopamine.
Do you take adderall 60mg in one dose or 2 30mg a day.
I took it in one dose, and it depleted me over, had to stop.
Im on 30mg now
