Anyone have success with this? I seem to be getting some response from effexor but the tiredness is really killing me. WB is not helping it. I was wondering if people thought Ritalin or Dexedrine would work. Possibly Provigil. BUT I am worried that stimulants will give me short term highs then long term crashes.
