I was wondering if people thought Ritalin or Dexedrine would work. Possibly Provigil. BUT I am worried that stimulants will give me short term highs then long term crashes.

i'm taking effexor + ritalin, but i have ADHD

you might be able to avoid long term crashes by taking a longer acting formula (like concerta or dexedrine spansules)
