Dose anyone experienced some real results in relieving anxiety and depressive symptoms with this compound ? If so, at which dosages ?
Thanks

It didn't help my OCD much, but I think it gave me energy and made me much less depressed.
I don't remember how much I took, but I think 3 times 100?? Or would that be too much?Kat26

John - I'm having success with SAM-e (300mg per day) plus fish oil capsules for depression. However, there's still a little bit of breakthrough anxiety. I've been wondering whether to supplement with 5-HTP for that, but there doesn't seem to be much information of a non-promotional nature about 5-HTP around. Your post indicates that you've had some success; do you think SAM-e and 5-HTP would be a safe combination to try?
Thanks for your help.
