Hi all,
Thanks for all your suggestions and ideas but unfortunately we only have 3 days to travel and if I was to take a train or drive it would probably take 3 days to get from Connecticut to Las Vegas so that is not an option.
My hubby hasn't mentioned it and still loves me that same so that is reassuring.
I guess for now I will have to drive to go on vacation and that's fine for me. I will rent and RV if I have too.
I love you guys - you help me through so much.

I am June 12 and I think b2b is july17th maybe? I have a week and a half to get da show on do road...everything is about done, got my chapstick favors yesterday, so cute..and my tiara...i have to go get some splurgy makeup no maybelline for this cat...other than that everything is falling into place, for now...

I am a bit make-up obsessed. I plan on being the next Coco Chanel. I have tired every expenisive makeup around (expecpt Versace)and Chanel is the best around, I may have to loose my first born child but I wear it every day and always get completments!

Hey Lexy...You coco chanel girl..hahahah I have always used victoria principal skin care products just the cleanser, moisturizer, and scrub and people think that I'm Ryans mother...It is the best skin care and have used it since I was 23...my girlfrinds look 10 years older than me..haha..Just an fyi..hahaha...Hey Lexy did you find out about those tapes from your father?...Hope you are doing good..I'm still struggling with the 15mg no real changes and going on 3 weeks on saturday..Have a shrinkage appt today and then a drs appt tomorrow...My therapist put me on contract because I said that I didnt want to live like this anymore and she thought i was going to go off the deap end so I have to see her every week if she has time..Hope you are doing great and will catch up to you soon...Your friend..yo yo sista...Mystic

Good luck at the Dr today. Therapy every week may not be a bad idea for a while. Maybe they can help you with some coping ideas until the meds start working better for you.

hey i have to go to the p-doc every week too, every friday is my p-doc day. i guess he needs to figure out what on earth is wrong with me..;)
he is still doing the assessment, and i have been there over three times already..haha i guess i am pretty messed up.:Pso dont worry we are right there with ya!

Wow have I been super busy. My best friend is getting married Saturday and I realized, I needed to get my hair, nails, and body done! All in a days work..haha.
Mystic, my dad got back into town. The tapes are muscle group relaxation tapes. He swears by them, they are supposed to be very helpful with anxiety. When I tried them it was before I took any medication and was too far gone to give them much attention. I think though now that even though we have bad days, our worst days now are much better than our bad days then..I shutter thinking about it...I think that the tapes would probably be very helpful. If you cannot find these tapes, let me know I will try to dub them and send them to you.
I have not heard of the products you are talking about. They sound fansastic, I am so sensitive to stuff, I have to be really careful. Anyway! Hope all is well, have a great weekend.

Hey everyone...Not a great night for me..Feeling very sad...and discouraged and hopeless..My therpy went good but just not feeling right...The med dr that I see is my regular physician..I see her tomorrow and I know that she is going to try to get me to jump up to 20mgs which I really do not want to do...It has been almost 3 weeks for the 15mgs and was hoping that it wouldve kicked in by now..I'm not evern sure lex is what I should be on..I'm afraid to gain the weight on the 20 and I'm afraid I already feel unattached at times now like I just dont care but I'm sooo sad...I just want to wake up and feel like myself again...I want to spend time with my friends and laugh and just feel normal or somewhat normal...
This is the week before the aunty flo visit so not sure if that is the reason probably has something to do with it..But I thought the 15mgs would help with that also...I feel like screaming crying..kicking...I dont know...Sometimes lately I feel like if i lost it then it I wouldnt know and that cant be all bad...
Lexy I would love love love to get those tapes you didnt mention a person that does them or anything wasnt sure where to look...

Just curious...how does one get their "body done"? If I tried it, could I end up a size 5??? Or is that only on "The Swan"? lol

I think I need a doc besides my regular MD - someone like a pdoc. Can someone tell me what doctor I should call that specializes in anxiety/panic. I never know which one to call.
I see from most of the post that you all see some sort of other doctor besides a regular MD so maybe that's what I need to help along with the meds. Please let me know.

A psychiatrist can prescribe meds. I don't think a psychologist can. Maybe someone has ideas on how to find a good psychiatrist...

i got my p-doc by asking my general practitioner to refer me to one so i dont have to pay for it. Im not sure if this only works in Canada but its worth a shot.
