Hey Ya'll
Wow have I been super busy. My best friend is getting married Saturday and I realized, I needed to get my hair, nails, and body done! All in a days work..haha.
Mystic, my dad got back into town. The tapes are muscle group relaxation tapes. He swears by them, they are supposed to be very helpful with anxiety. When I tried them it was before I took any medication and was too far gone to give them much attention. I think though now that even though we have bad days, our worst days now are much better than our bad days then..I shutter thinking about it...I think that the tapes would probably be very helpful. If you cannot find these tapes, let me know I will try to dub them and send them to you.
I have not heard of the products you are talking about. They sound fansastic, I am so sensitive to stuff, I have to be really careful. Anyway! Hope all is well, have a great weekend.
