That really sounds like a stressful environment.
My advice? Don't do anything. Not a thing. Just let it blow over.
IMO Your second week on the job isn't the time to be having sit downs with your bosses.
Management is usually clueless and tend to be very outcome oriented. So just give them outcome as best you can.
I often tell myself "don't think, just work".
It'll all blow over, don't worry. There will be a crisis or something that is totally unrelated to you and that'll be it.
