Sunny Days,I think the pony tail is too casual. If I were you, I would pull the front back on each side with a nice clip, simple tortoise colored or metal, perhaps.
Shirt color should be relatively neutral that goes with the black suit, like ivory or gray but then I would wear some nice earrings and a necklace or a scarf, to give it a dressier look.
What type of environment is the job for? Business, retail, other?Let's see, I wore a pantsuit (grey blue) with a cream colored blouse and the suit has a pretty scarf that matches the suit in colors of blue, gray and black.
My second interview I wore a plaid (subtle) jacket with a navy skirt and a soft lilac sweater.
I think the best scenerio is professional look but with a hint of color and jewelry to accent the rather basic look.
