Did you mean you went straight from 150 to zero..that's way too fast..you need to go down about 50 mg a week at minimum until you are off..you may still get the zaps but they will be much less severe..I wasn't sure from your post if you went from Lexapro to Zoloft or have just started taking Lexapro straight off Zoloft...i've done that with minimal problems..as they are in the same "group"..

I'm of the school of thought that slow and careful lessens the dreaded withdrawal symtoms, especially the brain zaps..hope this helps
