Sebastian,

No offence intended but imho you are doing it all wrong. Get yourself some 7.5 mg Zyprexa. Then go 7.5 mg for two weeks minimum and then go 5 mg for another 2 weeks minimum and then go 2.5 mg for maybe 3 weeks and then 1.25 mg for maybe 3 weeks and then you may be off it for good if you have been patient and persevering. For sure you are going to suffer if you try to come down too quickly and in too big a steps.

I am coming down from 10 mg. So far it has taken me two months to get down to 2.5 mg. It will take me another one month to get down to zero. My pdoc added in 5 mg Valium to make things easier. After I have got off the Zyprexa I will have to get off the Valium.
