Switching form Lexapro to Zoloft

Any more suggestions on how to switch? Now on 10 mg. of Lex. Dr./Me want change to Zoloft. Been on Lexapro 10mg for 4 months.

Cold turkey Lex and 50mg Zoloft?
5mg Lex and 25 Zoloft?
25mg. Zoloft alone and go up to 50mg later?
