Well, I just got back from camping for 5 days (so now I've been off Effexor for about 8 days) and the only time I got bothered by it was a little dizziness and a migraine the first day of camping/4th day off Effexor. After that, I had no more simptoms while up there. So maybe they are going away for me. It's a hopeful feeling at least. Especailly since some of you thought I should stop more slowly than I did. Maybe the fresh air and beautiful scenery helped, or kept me too occupied to notice. But I will list on here if any withdrawal symptoms come back at any time. But 4 days of no symptoms is a good sign!! Stacy >^.,.^<
