How is your pain? As the only thing cymbalta did for me was realieve aches and pains. Did'nt realize it until I was off of it. That's not very long to be on it. Just keep weaning down. Some pour part of the capsule out. Don't chew it it has an enteric coating on the granules. But I had no trouble withdrawing from 30mg just stopped the med. Love Phillipa
