I'm wondering if anyone has had experience withdrawing from Zyprexa. I have been on this med for over a year, along with clonazepam. I'm down to a small crumb of clonazepam (less that 1/8 mg) but am still taking 10 mg Zyprexa every night before bed. My goal is to stop all meds, but after visiting a popular insomnia site, am fearful that I have only extreme insomnia to look forward to. According to some people on the insomnia board, Zyprexa is very powerful and absolutely the worst in terms of rebound insomnia, even after a slow taper. Some people claim they had to go a whole month without sleep after stopping Zyprexa. Unlike most people, I become very agitated (even suicidal) if I experience too much insomnia. Just wondering where to go from here.
