Question: Effexor withdrawal but Insomnia.

I am currently tapering off Effexor XR on 37.5 mg from 300mg. It has taken the last month to do this. The only real complaint is the insomnia that is affecting me. Any remedies or experiences with the same symptom? I am too close to stop the tapering. Thanks.
