Sounds like withdrawal to me. When I previously quit remeron I had the worst around the same time fram give or take a few days. I lowered my dose to 3.75 about 7 days ago and feel like hell today. Almost no sleep last night. Head is kind of spinning today too. I hate this drug.

Have you tried Lunesta? I am thinking of asking my doctor for it if I don't get any sleep tonight. I am almost usless today.
