Nothing helps in withdrawal as much as some of what you're currently taking, and nothing else is as efficient either. So it's just when you take your bit of Klonopin, and that depends on whether the days are worse than the nights. In a benzo withdrawal I preferred to take that bit in the morning to protect me from the day, and at night I could at least lie safe in bed. But insomnia would be worse that way.
