I would love to know what you mean by "flexible dosage schedule" that has worked for you. What I'm thinking of doing is asking for an Rx for the Effexor tablets and cutting them in half--trying that for a couple of weeks. (The 37.5 mg. capsule is the smallest capsule dosage.)
