well good luck sounds a little scarey where you are at now, dont drink if you can stop that DO, then you will have one biggy out of the way, if you cant taper down on the others then maybe there are a few you need to be on, yes? dont beat yourself up and be patient, they cant fix you over night its a long term committment by you to you, BUT it sounds like you know what it is to take care of yourself and are not going to be satisfied with all this self-destruction..good luck post again
