Thanks. Yes, I have been taking them on and off for a few years, but no doctor will give them to me, even to taper off. I don't think I even have the control to taper off. I stopped drinking about 5 months ago, but have since increased from 2 cigarettes a week to at least a 1/2 pack a day... I am just going to have to go cold turkey. Just wanted to make sure I won't die from this. Thank you for your response
