Reading my post back it didn't make alot of since. I quit Zoloft and Welbutrin maybe 7 years ago, I was also taking Buspar. I went without treatment until a little over a year ago, I had pretty much given up and was just waiting for my father to pass. Now I have a son who is almost 2 so I'm trying the meds again. I was on Lexapro from then until sometime in December. The only real effects from Lexapro were increased apathy and anorgasmia. I've been on Lamictal for almost a year now.

> 1. Discontinue Zoloft and Wellbutrin abruptly on the same day - what dosages?

It was either 75 or 100 of Zoloft and 300 Welbutrin.

> 2. Begin desipramine the next day - how many days did you take it for?

No, I went from Lexapro to desipramine 50 mg for 2 weeks then 150 for about another 6 weeks.

Well the next day.

> Did withdrawal symptoms develop at all while you were on desipramine?

No I did feel a little strange after quitting the Lexapro so I started again at 5 mg, that was over by the time I started desipramine. At that time I was also taking 300 mg Provigil and 30 mg Buspar but I stopped those when I started desipramine. I didn't have any problems starting or stopping desipramine, while taking it I was real moody and quick tempered though. I'm thinking of trying to talk my doc into adding it back in since I just read this may have been a sign it was starting to work.

> Me too. For me, anxiety became prominent. I am currently taking Lamictal 300mg. What sorts of things did you experience when you missed doses?

I can't really explain it too well, things looked weird, kind of darker but brighter if that makes any sense. Sort of like a flash had gone off a second ago. I was dizzy and feeling kind of disoriented. I've missed doses before and not noticed much, this was after 2.5 days without it. I'm taking 200 mg of Lamictal.

Geez reading this back I'm confused myself but I'm too tired. If you can't make heads or tails of it sorry, I'll try to clear it up.
