Oh, I'd been thinking to say.....
The reason I mentioned the 'suitable for recovering alcoholics' thing is just that it suggests that as an AD it is not too agitating and might be OK for people whose nerves are shot.
But not everyone finds it useful.
It was the IBS you mentioned that got my interest.
