Drinking a little helps calm my anxiety...but drinking too much can make me depressed (maybe just because i feel awful from the hangover?)
I don't drink ever day, or even every week, but now and then i'll get on an alcohol kick, when i'll drink a couple drinks everyday for a few days...lately i've been drinking wine :)
