why?
because i enrolled in a 1 year degree programme. and i did the work. and you refused to allow external examiners to sign off on the work that i did by refusing to get my work to them.
why?

it might be true that most of the people enrolled in that degree did not have the capacity do get the work done, in time.
but you didn't let their merits establish that -- because you decided not to get the students work to externals in time for them to sign off.

nobody can meet the requiremnts on qualifiation completion because you refuse to process their work in time.

they actually wanted a medical school -- so they could put the medical studnets to work as junior doctors while they paid the univeristy (and the university did not pay them). cheaptest doctors ever.
