it is like there was that Autistic guy in NY who painted like he was a printer. he would carefully produce details. like he had the overall plan or picture in his mind and he was copying from his mind onto the page.

whereas most people would draw a picture by sketching the outline and then filling in more of the details gradually.

some people seem to write slowly. like lots of time thinking. then writing down a sentance. then not changing the sentance. it largely stays. the thought went into it first then the sentance comes out.

but other people start by blah blah blah blah blah until the word limit is reached. then you... revise it up in the available time.

ta da.
