It would be a waste. I guess in America you can still decide who is living in your house and how long. But here you cant do nothing. It's like, hey it's your house but you don't call the shots in it. So I can have somebody in my house I don't want for 6 months. When I furnish the rooms it's 3 months. It's still pretty insane. This is a tenant country, not a landlord country at all!
There is a 3 months or 6 months cancellation period.
