Is this a mental health forum where we can post for support with mental health issues? Or is it not? I'm confused about this. I suppose I'd get a better response if I called a help line or something. I dunno. Just thought it was something i'd try here, but usually, I'm realizing, I get the same types of responses. Like people aren't sure what to say. Or, they don't really care. And i feel like a bother. Psychcentral might be a better place to post if one is looking for support. Just thinking out loud.
