My family doctor is helping me out

...while I am between Pdocs. What a great woman, and very sensible. She had me make a safety pact with her (happy to do so) and as soon as I remember the name of the new pdoc I was going to see, I will make an appointment.
Basically making the taper of Klonopin and Ambien more gradual, because of the risks (especially from long term Ambien use) the rehab doctor put me at. I knew it was happening way too quickly, but being treated as an addict versus a psychiatric patient is a huge difference. One is a matter of "choice" and can be thought away, according to the place I was. The other was non existent.
Shudder.
