I'm not sure I have anything to say that would allow you to feel empowered other than to tell you that you can make a new and better future for yourself, despite having made any mistakes in the past - as long as you learn from those mistakes.

What are you most afraid of?
Where do you think you will be a year from now?
Do you think you will need counseling to help you get through the trauma of sexual harassment? Is there any PTSD stuff going on?
It has been my experience that time has a way of healing and allowing for movement forward.
Did you do any irreparable damage to your ability to find another job? Probably not.
