i've heard that alot, only the life and death situations are like priority....
when i went to JPS, the only i stayed in the psych wating room for 4 hours...just to get in and then the visit with the Public pdoc was only 10min....
its the public systems are the longest... ran by the state...its not that there doing it to make things worse, its just so many patients are overload for them....but do they have any private hospitals?
