i try and follow the following sorts of slogans:

- if it comes in a box - don't eat it.
- if it isn't something your great grandmother would recognise as food - don't eat it (e.g., most food in packets that doesn't approximate food at all).
- stick to the edges of the supermarket (fresh produce - avoid the middle isles of food in boxes).
- if it grows from the ground or has, had, or would have had a face then you can eat it. otherwise don't (this rules out dairy but allows meat, fish, and egg. some people can't tolerate dairy).

LOL!!! and also Taco Bell's Taco boxes, those are horrible for the health lol and also things that cook long times in the oven....mircowaves are fast ovens.....lol

dan john says it is mostly about what *kinds* of foods you eat. most people only get 10 or 12 different kinds of foods from the supermarket. if the list of foods you buy consists of foods like:
1star- heck no 5 stars - heck yes lol
- oats (if you can tolerate them)**
- different colored non-starch vegetables*
- fresh fruit***
- different kinds of nuts** (peanuts aren't really nuts)
- legumes / beans* - run fast as you can get that out of the way!!
- natural dairy*** (if you can tolerate it - watch for added sugar)
- rice** (maybe some pasta or gluten stuff if you can tolerate it)
- meat***
- olive oil***
- fish (including tinned)***
- green tea*****
- spices (chili, etc)****
- eggs***

yes veggies, you know my stepdad is growing tomatoes and squash right outside in the backyard...its fresh but everytime I mow the lawn I find rotten tomatoes in the ground....rj's appitite after moeing and dinner is ready: 0....

junk food is so good, its fast, its good, but its incredinly filled with oils and nasty carb's but really I know its good to stay healthy but its hard!! to stay on a veggie diet, or restricted, I've tried the diets and I go months wipping myself of good food, and then when I go off it....I do my catching up on junk food.....but yes I will do the carrot challenge...!! post it on youtube....

the foods I like to eat are : meat, pizza, some veggies spinch, carrots, but not really a cold slaw kinda of guy with a lot of veggies on his plate....but others, I love protein shakes, liquid diet's, I don't like chicken that much....baackk baaack, not for me....

I like running vary long miles....that feeling of pain while your running and want to stop so bad....it gets the cardio and some parts of mind going....blood flow is healthy

let do a diet challange for a week!!!
