19 years, 3 months for me. Smoked 15 years.
Never touched one since 1994. I am an addict and if nicotine, etc., ever entered my bloodstream again...I am afraid of what might happen.
One of hardest but best things I ever did.
MDD (presently in complete remission); ADD-Inattentive type; mild anxiety (not fomally dx'd)
Meds: Strattera 80 mg q day
