Im just starting this book,a memoir from the 70s.The author goes through a horrendous addiction to valium.I guess thats when it was prescribed in such high amounts.I think it was also made into a movie.Anyway,she gets her life back,so not depressing,I hope.Im obsessed now with memoirs about mental illness and the recovery from it.
