I've say the way Congress works (yeah, I know, that's an oxymoron) SOPA is about dead for now. Not sure about PIPA.
NPR at least uses plainer language than most other sites I've seen, for which I'm grateful as many others gave me as instant headache with the overuse of jargon and technical language.
