My wife and I went to the latest Leonard Cohen concert with our son.
I felt that he was so interested. He has heard some of this stuff from us.....I think that was it, hearing this viewpoint.
Not his sort of music at all usually, but that wasn't the point.
I also played Wrecking Ball by Gillian Welch to him and he said 'that was so cool'.......I explained lovesick daughter in the san joaquin.
